LATE FEE
We kindly ask client to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. in the event of a late arrival, a grace period of 15 mins may be provided, after which a late will determine the cancellation of the appointment.
CANCELLATION
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen. However, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Please note that if adequate notice is not provided, a cancellation fee may apply and the deposit will be non-refundable.
